KARL Connector Notion · Prototype
Synchronise a document library or shared workspace pages from Notion with KARL Core. Retain their history, track conflicts and prepare to restore captured content.
Join the Early Adopter programme to test this prototype and explore KARL Core’s capabilities with our team.
Fictional example: a Notion library is accessible to the connector.
KARL Connector Notion connects your Notion workspace to KARL Core, StratoFoundry’s business memory. It synchronises a document library or shared pages with a KARL project, retains successive versions and flags conflicts, without modifying the original pages in protection mode.
It can also capture a protection scope, report its coverage, then preview and execute restoration of captured pages and databases as new copies. The connector is in pre-production: a pilot with your Notion workspace and KARL Core instance qualifies coverage and workflows ahead of production deployment.
Connect a Notion document library or shared pages and their hierarchy to a KARL project. Only content accessible to the integration is included.
Validate the connection and inspect an initial simulation before starting synchronisation.
Incremental synchronisation supports both directions for document libraries. Versions, conflicts and operations remain visible in the console.
Files hosted by Notion can be copied into KARL Core when the required attachment capabilities are available.
Protection mode captures accessible pages and databases without modifying Notion. It tracks detected changes, retains captured items in KARL and reports coverage and omissions.
Restoration starts with a preview plan. Execution recreates captured pages and databases under a destination page as new copies.
The restoration plan details supported pages, databases, blocks and files. A coverage report accompanies each operation so your team can validate the newly created copies.
Files and external URLs follow the configured scope and rules. Coverage must be validated against your own workspace.
The connector can ask KARL Core to prepare evidence records for a connection or protected scope when the required capabilities are available. It tracks preparation and download, with an optional Notion register.
Verification offered by the connector currently runs through KARL Core. Independent offline verification described on the Evidence Pack page uses the dedicated verifier and its pack format.

This is the starting point of the history shown here.
Seven situations explain how to find a document, prepare an audit or review a decision.
Each example distinguishes what can be found from the limits that need checking.
The contract has five stages that can be explored by swiping or using the buttons.
A vertical gesture on the document still lets the page scroll normally.
The presentation pages use more familiar words.
The comparison below shows the home-page sentence before and after this change.
Before
KARL Core keeps document versions and recorded decisions. Software for businesses, installed on your servers.
After
KARL Core is software for your business. It keeps document versions and recorded approvals so you can find what changed.
Illustrations explain levels, versions and links between documents.
